Long-lasting battery life
Two durable lithium-ion batteries run the shutters for months at a time on a single charge. A built-in USB port makes charging straightforward, and integrated solar panels draw on the daylight, so the system is both convenient and kinder to the environment.
Versatile control options
Set the louvres by hand, fine-tune them with the SmartDial remote, or control them from your phone in the app. The SmartDial remote is particularly useful: choose one of several pre-set positions, or save your own, and get the light and the privacy you want in a moment.
Obstacle detection
The louvres stop as soon as the shutter detects an obstruction, so operation stays smooth in a busy household. The built-in anti-jam feature helps prevent damage and keeps the shutters working reliably, day after day.

Easy charging options
The Norman PowerBar slots straight into the headrail of Soluna Roller Shades and Portrait Honeycomb Shades, so charging needs no ladder. For PerfectSheer Shades, Honeycomb Shades and Soluna Roller Shades you can choose between rechargeable batteries and an AC adaptor plug-in. SmartDrape Shades go one step further, with a battery you remove and recharge with a USB-C cable.
Effortless and smart control
Single Touch Operation makes a shade as simple to use as a light switch. Touch the shade itself to stop, raise or lower it. Auto Brake stops the shade when it meets an obstruction, to help prevent damage if something is in the way. Both features belong to the Portrait Honeycomb programme.
Universal remote control
Remote Programming is available for Soluna Roller Shades, Portrait Honeycomb Shades, PerfectSheer Shades and SmartDrape Shades. Connect any number of shades to one remote, and adjust the light from any room in the house. Setting your favourite positions has never been simpler.
ShadeAuto Hub and App
Control a whole house of shutters and shades from anywhere with the ShadeAuto Hub and App. Set regular schedules for comfort through the day, and switch on Security Mode, which closes your shutters at sunset or while you are away.
The hub works with Android, iOS and all major voice control systems, so you can manage your settings by voice, by app or by remote.
